Guidelines for parents

  1. It will be obligatory for the pupils and parent to abide by the school rules in all respects, and any new ones that come into force from time to time.
  2. The School shall remain indemnified against all claims arising due to illness or any other accident.

     

     

  3. Late reporting from leave / too short attendance will be seriously reviewed.
  4. Unsatisfactory progress in work may be the cause of withdrawals.
  5. They are requested to cooperate with the school in its attempt to help their child progress by paying attention to his home-work, regularity, Punctuality and discipline and also by equipping the student with proper uniform, prescribe text books and items of stationary.
  6. They should check the children’s School Diary every day and see that the lessons and the home work assigned are done regularly and meticulously by their wards. They are requested to be careful in respect of minimum attendance.
  7. Any instruction / remarks made in the Diary should be seen and countersigned by you.
  8. Students when sick / indisposed should not be sent to attend classes.
  9. Parents / guardians are requested to deposit school fees within due date as late payment means spending extra money and inconvenience to them and the school.
  10. Parents are requested to check the uniform of their wards everyday for maintaining the discipline of the school.

 

Rules of discipline for the students

  1. Every student must bring his/her School Diary with him/her everyday.
  2. Students who come on foot or by cycle to school by their own transport should reach the school at least five minutes before the School Assembly.
  3. No student should leave class without the permission of the teacher or the class monitor and should also have the Class Pass with him.
  4. All the students should be in proper turn out, proper and clean school uniform, shoes well polished, short hair.
  5. No student should scribble or disfigure the desks / chair / walls or damage and any school furniture / property.
  6. No books ( other than text books or library) magazines of papers should be brought to school.
  7. Money should not be lent, borrowed or exchanged.
  8. The school is not responsible for goods / money lost.
  9. No contribution / donation should be collected for any purpose whatsoever without prior permission of the Principal.
  10. Students who expect to return late to their homes are responsible for informing their parents in advance.
  11. Students should never tamper with the entries made in their progress reports and diaries.
  12. Students must attend all extracurricular activities –P.T. Games, school functions and celebrations.
  13. In addition to the above rules, students should go through the guidelines for the parents-several of which are applicable to them as well.
  14. Electric items like camera, mobiles, walkman etc in no case will be allowed to keep with.
